BUSINESS FOR GOOD
Alzheimer's Matters was founded on the belief that business can be a force for good and that the single actions of individual people, collectively, have the power to change the world. We’re committed to improving the quality of lives of people with Alzheimer's and those who love them, through our business.
We are not a nonprofit and do not accept donations. Our organization is funded primarily by the sales of our products, each developed to advance communication and education, and/or to address other important needs of those impacted by this disease. Each product sold helps fund our ongoing research, communication, advocacy and support for those with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. We know that we can change the way the world thinks about Alzheimer's, and the negative stigmas that are lessening, but unfortunately still do exist. We hope you will be a part of this through being a Consumer for Good.
MISSION
Our mission is centered around two areas:
Communication & Education

providing a great information resource regarding Alzheimer's and addressing public misinformation regarding the disease
Advocacy & Support

advocating for the person with Alzheimer's and their loved ones who care for them

ensuring that the importance of person-centered care and unconditional love for people with Alzheimer's is truly understood in our society
All of our actions and decisions in terms of our business model and any products and services we provide advance one or both of the two prongs of our mission.
